Workflow

How an engagement actually runs.

A typical project is 4–16 weeks. You always know the stage, the evidence, and the next decision.

1. Discover

We sit with your operators, inspect real data, and write a problem statement. Scope, risks, and a success metric are agreed before implementation starts.

2. Assess & design

Data quality, label coverage, and constraints (latency, privacy, hardware) shape the method. You get a written plan: approach, timeline, and what we will not attempt.

3. Build

Pipelines, models, and the software layer are implemented with tests and documentation. You see working increments, not a big reveal at the end.

4. Validate

We score against your held-out production data. If the method does not beat the baseline, we say so and revise — we do not dress up a weak result.

5. Deploy & improve

Go-live includes monitoring and a handover. Optional retainers cover drift, new product variants, and monthly model improvement.

What we need from you

  • Access to representative data (even if unlabeled)
  • Two short sessions with the people who currently make the judgment call
  • A single owner on your side for decisions and go-live
  • A metric you already care about — not a new KPI invented for the project

Let's Build Something Together.

Whether you need a first working model, a cleaner dataset, or software your operators can run — if you are an SME and you are not sure what you need yet, we are happy to talk. Any country.
