TLA Innovation Lab is a young technology company. We started with a simple brief: take what is new in data science and AI, and turn it into systems people can actually run.
Our story
Innovation that has to survive the shop floor.
Too many AI projects stay in notebooks. In 2020 we founded TLA Innovation Lab to close that gap. We chose the harder path: messy operational data, small teams, and problems that show up in quality, cost, and time — not in a slide deck.
We study the method, prove it on the files you already have, and ship software operators can run after we leave. Research is how we start. A working system is how we finish.

Photos, logs, sensors, spreadsheets, and the judgment of a few people who know the product. We turn that into decisions a team can act on.

Methods that fit the job
We design the approach around your constraint — not a demo set. If an off-the-shelf model is enough, we say so. If it is not, we invent the method.
Machine learning
Models that keep working after week one
Training, evaluation, and handover so a 15–200 person company can run the system without hiring an ML department.

Founder of TLA Innovation Lab. He sets both the research direction and the engineering bar — and stays with the problem until a system ships.
To Tuan Anh has 10 years in software development and 10 years at senior-manager level across a wide range of production systems. For five years he has built applied AI. He holds a PhD in Computer Science, with a focus on data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
